Day 1

Fly overnight to your transiting destination.

Day 2

Fly onwards to Entebbe where you will be transferred to your hotel for the night. Spend the afternoon on an excursion across Lake Victoria to spot shoebills or relax and enjoy your first afternoon at the hotel.

Day 3

Today you will fly from Entebbe up to Kidepo, where you will be met by your guide. Enjoy the first afternoon on safari exploring Kidepo National Park.

Day 4-5

Two full days on safari. The lodge is located near to the Narus Valley which offers the best wildlife viewing in the park. Head out for memorable morning and afternoon activities both on drives and on foot.

Day 6

After a final early safari you will be driven onwards to Murchison Falls, a journey that takes a full day. If you choose to fly this route instead you will arrive in time for afternoon activities from the lodge.

Day 7

Today you will combine a morning safari in the northern sector of Murchison Falls with a delta cruise, heading out by boat to explore the area and keeping a look out for elephant and hippo amongst other wildlife.

Day 8

Final day in Murchison Falls. Early this morning you head into the Budongo forest which is home to around 700 chimpanzee inhabitants. Along with your expert guide you'll hike in the footsteps of a habituated family of chimpanzees. You continue from here to the top of the falls where you observe the power of the river as it forces its way through the gap in the escarpment wall and crashes 141 ft to the river below.

Day 9

Today you will leave Murchison Falls and head towards Jinga, stopping on the way for rhino tracking on foot at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. On arrival at Jinga you will take a short boat transfer to your accommodation.

Day 10-11

Two full days at Jinga to be as active or relaxed as you like. Choose from serene boat trips on the Nile, birdwatching to whitewater rafting or quadbiking to name a few options available.

Day 12

After a leisurely morning you will be transferred back to Entebbe airport, where you will fly back to the UK via the connection point of your chosen airline.
